A WEAKENING BAND OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WAS MOVING ACROSS
WESTERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE. MOST OF THE RAIN AND THUNDER WAS LOCATED
SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 40...FROM LINDEN TO WAYNESBORO AND SAVANNAH.
THE BAND OF SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE MOVING
EAST AT 30 MPH. LOOK FOR RAIN TO REACH LOCATIONS ALONG INTESTATE 65
BY 730 PM. THE HEAVIEST RAIN AND THUNDER WILL AFFECT FAR SOUTHERN
LOCATIONS SUCH AS LAWRENCEBURG AND PULASKI. THESE AREAS COULD
HAVE ONE HALF INCH OF RAIN AND GUSTY WINDS TO 35 MPH. ELSEWHERE
ACROSS THE MID STATE...A FEW ISOLATED SHOWERS OR STORMS WILL DEVELOP
THROUGH THE EVENING. BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS WILL BE THE MAIN
FEATURE...AND A FEW STORMS MAY PRODUCE WINDS OVER 30 MPH.
