840 PM CDT TUE JUL 13 2004
A POWERFUL SEVERE THUNDERSTORM COMPLEX IS DROPPING SOUTH
INTO NORTHERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE. THE OUTFLOW IS STRETCHING FROM
JUST NORTH OF SPRINGFIELD TO GALLATIN TO NEAR LAFAYETTE. TWO
ROOFS OF INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS WERE BLOWN OFF IN PORTLAND AROUND
840 PM CDT. WINDS IN EXCESS OF 70 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THIS
OUTFLOW. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE
TORNADOES. SEEK SHELTER INDOORS.
