LOOK FOR A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS TO AFFECT A SMALL PORTION OF
MIDDLE TENNESSEE DURING THE PRE DAWN HOURS. AT 426 AM, THE STORMS
WERE OCCURRING AROUND WOODBURY, SHELBYVILLE, MCMINNVILLE, AND
MANCHESTER, WITH MOVEMENT TOWARD THE SOUTHEAST AROUND 20 MILES AN
HOUR. IN ADDITION TO OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING, LOOK FOR HOURLY RAINFALL
RATES BETWEEN ONE QUARTER AND THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH.
