THUNDERSTORMS WITH GUSTY WINDS OF 25 TO 30 MPH...AND LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINS OF ABOUT A HALF INCH PER HOUR...WAS MOVING TO THE EAST
SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH...AND WAS APPROACHING NASHVILLE AND FRANKLIN.
ALSO...A CLUSTER OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE OVER NORTHERN HICKMAN
COUNTY. BY 4 AM...THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE AROUND LEBANON AND
MURFREESBORO...AND SMITHVILLE AND MCMINNVILLE BY 5 AM.
IN ADDITION...LIGHT TO MODERATE SHOWERS WILL BE EXITING CUMBERLAND
AND FENTRESS COUNTIES BETWEEN 330 AND 4 AM.
MOTORISTS SHOULD USE EXTRA ON THE WET ROADWAYS AND SLOW
DOWN TO AVOID HYDROPLANING.
