THROUGH 830 AM...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO
MOVE THROUGH THE MID STATE. MOST OF THE STRONGER STORMS WILL OCCUR
NEAR AND EAST OF INTERSTATE 65 AND SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 40. IN THE
HEAVIER STORMS PRECIPITATION AMOUNTS UP TO THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH
PER HOUR COULD OCCUR. DURING THE HEAVY DOWNPOUR...PONDING OF WATER IN
LOW LYING AREAS AND ROADWAYS WILL MAKE FOR HAZARDOUS DRIVING
CONDITIONS. STORMS WILL MOVE TO THE EAST AROUND 20 MILES AN HOUR.
