* LATEST STAGE: 14.9 FEET AND FALLING AT 130 PM.
* RIVER FORECAST: FORECAST TO RECEDE TO NEAR 7 FEET
BY FRIDAY MORNING.
* FLOOD CREST: 17.8 FEET TUESDAY NIGHT, 11 PM.
WATER LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO FALL UNTIL THE NEXT SIGNIFICANT RAIN
