A SMALL THUNDERSTORM COMPLEX WILL MOVE SLOWLY NORTHEAST JUST WEST OF
THE SOUTHERN CUMBERLAND PLATEAU EARLY THIS MORNING. SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO THE CITIES OF WOODBURY AND
MCMINNVILLE BETWEEN 4 AND 430 AM...AND INTO SPENCER AROUND 5 AM.
ISOLATED STORMS MAY DEVELOP AHEAD OF THIS SYSTEM TOWARD THE KENTUCKY
BORDER. BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL IS LIKELY IN THE MANCHESTER AREA...WITH
AMOUNTS UP TO TWO INCHES POSSIBLE.
