SITUATION OVERVIEW
------------------

Tropical Storm Idalia continues to move away from the forecast area
tonight therefore the threat of wind gusts at or above tropical storm
force has sufficiently diminished to allow the Tropical Storm Warning
to expire. Showers on the back edge of the tropical cyclone will
continue to pivot into the region tonight. While the heaviest rain has
moved out, flooding is ongoing across portions of the eastern Midlands
and Pee Dee and will likely continue with gradual improvement during
the next few hours.

POTENTIAL IMPACTS
-----------------

* FLOODING RAIN:
While the heavy rain has moved out of the forecast area, potential
impacts from localized flooding are still unfolding across portions of
the eastern Midlands and Pee Dee. Remain well guarded against locally
hazardous flood waters having limited impacts.

Elsewhere across the Midlands of central South Carolina and east
central Georgia CSRA, little to no impact is anticipated.
