**COLIN WEAKENS TO A DEPRESSION**

* CHANGES TO WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - All watches and warnings have been canceled

* CURRENT WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - None

* STORM INFORMATION:
    - About 140 miles west-southwest of Buxton NC or about 60 miles
      west-southwest of Morehead City NC
    - 34.4N 77.8W
    - Storm Intensity 35 mph
    - Movement Northeast or 55 degrees at 7 mph

SITUATION OVERVIEW

Colin has been downgraded to a tropical depression and all Tropical
Storm Warnings across Eastern North Carolina have been cancelled.
Showers moving onshore may produce locally heavy rainfall and Small
Craft Advisory conditions will continue across the coastal waters
south of Oregon Inlet into Sunday.
