Warnings have been discontinued.

.AREAS AFFECTED...
This local statement provides information and recommended actions for
people in Guam and the Northern Marianas.

.Watches/Warnings...
Tropical cyclone watches and warnings are no longer in effect
anywhere across the Marianas and surrounding waters.

A Flood Watch is in effect for Guam and the Northern Marianas. Please
listen closely for any Flood Warnings that might be in effect for
your area.

Please check the latest public and marine forecasts for detailed
information about additional hazards.

.STORM INFORMATION...
At 7 AM ChST...the center of Tropical Storm Mindulle (20W) was
located near LATITUDE 14.4N...LONGITUDE 141.3E. This was about
250 miles west-northwest of Guam. Storm Motion was west-northwest.
Storm Intensity was 50 mph.

.SITUATION OVERVIEW...
Tropical cyclone hazards have ended. Flood, surf and rip current
hazards will gradually wind down through tonight.

.PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Stay indoors until the rain diminishes. Stay out of the water until
the waves settle down. Then, any necessary cleanup can begin.

winds are no longer expected but strong wind gusts may still occur.

Surf of 8 to 10 feet along north, west and south facing reefs will
gradually diminish by this evening.

A Flood Watch is in effect for the entire area through 1 PM. See
latest forecast for updated information. Listen for possible flood
warnings for your location...and be ready to act if flooding
rains occur. Up to two additional inches of rain are possible through
this afternoon.
