This product covers West Central and Southwest Florida

**Tropical Storm Elsa is now north of the area and will continue
to push away. All tropical hazards have been cancelled for
West Central Florida.**


NEW INFORMATION
---------------

* CHANGES TO WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - All watches and warnings have been canceled

* CURRENT WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - None

* STORM INFORMATION:
    - About 80 miles north-northwest of Cedar Key FL
    - 30.3N 83.5W
    - Storm Intensity 50 mph
    - Movement North or 360 degrees at 14 mph

SITUATION OVERVIEW
------------------

Tropical Storm Elsa is now north of West Central Florida and continues
to move away from the area. As Elsa moves away so does all the hazards
associated with it. We have dropped all tropical hazards associated
with Elsa and this will be the last HLS for the system.

POTENTIAL IMPACTS
-----------------

* FLOODING RAIN:
Additional impacts from flooding rain are still a concern across West
Central and Southwest Florida. Remain well guarded against locally
hazardous flood waters having further impacts of limited potential.

* WIND:
Little to no additional wind impacts expected.

    - Community officials are now assessing the extent of actual wind
      impacts accordingly.
    - Emergency response teams are attending to casualty situations
      as needed.
    - Emergency work crews are restoring essential community
      infrastructure as necessary.
    - If you have an emergency dial 9 1 1.


Elsewhere across West Central and Southwest Florida, little to no
impact is anticipated.

* SURGE:
Little to no additional surge impacts expected.

    - Community officials are now assessing the extent of actual
      surge impacts accordingly.
    - Emergency response teams are attending to casualty situations
      as needed.
    - Emergency work crews are restoring essential community
      infrastructure as necessary.
    - If you have an emergency dial 9 1 1.

impact is anticipated.
