None.

.AREAS AFFECTED...
This local statement provides information and recommended actions
for people in Guam.

.WATCHES/WARNINGS...
A Tropical storm watch remains in effect for Guam.

.STORM INFORMATION...
At 1 PM ChST...the center of Tropical Depression Atsani was located
near Latitude 11.1N and Longitude 143.5E. This was about 185 miles
south-southwest of Guam. Atsani was moving west-northwest or 285
Degrees at 17 MPH. Maximum sustained winds were about 35 mph.

.PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Residents should continue to monitor the latest information on the
track of Atsani and continue preparations for the occurrence of
damaging winds of at least 39 mph later this evening. However, based
on latest radar and satellite data, the tropical storm conditions
are becoming less likely.

It is important to actively listen for forthcoming information from
your local National Weather Service office and emergency management
agency.

The next local statement will be issued by the National Weather
Service in Tiyan around 9 PM...or sooner if conditions warrant.

...TROPICAL STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT...

...PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
With Atsani now to the south-southwest of Guam, the expectation of
damaging winds is diminishing. However, gusty winds are still
possible during passing rain showers. Seas and surf will remain
hazardous into the evening hours until winds gradually subside later
tonight.

...WINDS...
East winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph are expected this
evening and will shift to the southeast after sunset. Winds will
slowly diminish overnight as Atsani continues away from Guam.

...STORM SURGE AND SURF...
Periods of stronger winds will cause seas to reach near-hazardous
levels of 10 ft this evening. Surf will briefly approach hazardous
levels of 9 ft tonight before winds diminish. Surf will maintain
stronger and more-frequent rip currents along east and south facing
reefs.

...OTHER STORM EFFECTS...
Scattered showers will move through the area bringing up to an inch
of rainfall overnight. Heavier showers are expected to remain
offshore to the southwest.
