**Fay Weakening and Moving Away from the Area**

* CHANGES TO WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - All watches and warnings have been canceled

* CURRENT WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - None

* STORM INFORMATION:
    - About 40 miles north-northwest of Sandy Hook NJ
    - 41.0N 74.2W
    - Storm Intensity 40 mph
    - Movement North or 5 degrees at 17 mph

SITUATION OVERVIEW
------------------

Tropical Storm Fay is currently centered over northern NJ and will
continue to progress northward out of the area overnight. Given that
the storm is moving away and weakening, significant additional impacts
are not expected. Consequently tropical storm warnings have been
discontinued for our area as of the 11 pm update.

POTENTIAL IMPACTS
-----------------

* FLOODING RAIN:
Additional impacts from flooding rain are still a concern across the
Poconos. Remain well guarded against dangerous flood waters having
further impacts of significant potential.

Additional impacts from flooding rain are still a concern across
the remainder of northern NJ and eastern Pennsylvania. Remain well
guarded against locally hazardous flood waters having further impacts
of limited potential.

Elsewhere across NEW JERSEY...DELAWARE...SOUTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA
AND NORTHEAST MARYLAND, little to no impact is anticipated.

Be alert for flooded roads which could be compromised or littered
with debris. Remember, turn around don't drown!
