* CHANGES TO WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - The Storm Surge Watch has been cancelled for Coastal Flagler
      and Coastal St. Johns
    - The Tropical Storm Warning has been cancelled for Clay, Inland
      Duval, Inland Flagler, Inland St. Johns, and Putnam

* CURRENT WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for Coastal Camden,
      Coastal Duval, Coastal Flagler, Coastal Glynn, Coastal Nassau,
      and Coastal St. Johns

* STORM INFORMATION:
    - About 260 miles south-southeast of Jacksonville FL or about 310
      miles south-southeast of Brunswick GA
    - 26.9N 79.6W
    - Storm Intensity 65 mph
    - Movement North-northwest or 340 degrees at 8 mph

SITUATION OVERVIEW
------------------

Tropical Storm Isaias, located off the southeast Florida coast,
will continue on a north northwest track today as the system approaches
the southeast and central Florida Atlantic coast. The tropical storm
will approach the northeast Florida Atlantic coast by early Monday
morning. A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for all of the
coastal areas of northeast FL and southeast GA. Tropical storm
conditions may reach the coast as early as Sunday Evening and then
continue through Monday, departing the area Monday night.

Isaias will also bring a threat of storm surge flooding with large
battering waves to the coast. Surge values of 1 to 3 feet are
possible along the northeast Florida and southeast Georgia coasts.
Significant to severe beach erosion will be likely for some of the area
beaches. Coastal flooding from storm surge may begin late today and
continue through late Monday evening.

Life-threatening rip currents and building rough seas are expected
through Monday and swimming is strongly discouraged at area beaches.
Rain bands with gusts near tropical storm force were beginning to move
into portions of Flagler and St. Johns Counties this morning, and this
activity will increase and intensify tonight into Monday morning.
Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected, with localized heavier
amounts possible. Urban and poor drainage areas may experience
localized flooding.

POTENTIAL IMPACTS
-----------------

* WIND:
Protect against dangerous wind having possible significant impacts
across coastal northeast Florida and coastal southeast Georgia.
Potential impacts in this area include:
    - Some damage to roofing and siding materials, along with damage
      to porches, awnings, carports, and sheds. A few buildings
      experiencing window, door, and garage door failures. Mobile
      homes damaged, especially if unanchored. Unsecured lightweight
      objects become dangerous projectiles.
    - Several large trees snapped or uprooted, but with greater
      numbers in places where trees are shallow rooted. Several
      fences and roadway signs blown over.
    - Some roads impassable from large debris, and more within urban
      or heavily wooded places. A few bridges, causeways, and access
      routes impassable.
    - Scattered power and communications outages, but more prevalent
      in areas with above ground lines.

Also, protect against hazardous wind having possible limited impacts
across interior Flagler and interior St Johns Counties.

Elsewhere across Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia, little to
no impact is anticipated.

* SURGE:
Protect against locally hazardous surge having possible limited impacts
across coastal northeast Florida and coastal southeast Georgia.
Potential impacts in this area include:
    - Localized inundation with storm surge flooding mainly along
      immediate shorelines and in low-lying spots, or in areas
      farther inland near where higher surge waters move ashore.
    - Sections of near-shore roads and parking lots become overspread
      with surge water. Driving conditions dangerous in places where
      surge water covers the road.
    - Moderate beach erosion. Heavy surf also breaching dunes, mainly
      in usually vulnerable locations. Strong rip currents.
    - Minor to locally moderate damage to marinas, docks, boardwalks,
      and piers. A few small craft broken away from moorings.


* FLOODING RAIN:
Protect against locally hazardous rainfall flooding having possible
limited impacts across coastal northeast Florida and coastal southeast
Georgia. Potential impacts include:
    - Localized rainfall flooding may prompt a few evacuations.
    - Rivers and tributaries may quickly rise with swifter currents.
      Small streams, creeks, canals, and ditches may become swollen
      and overflow in spots.
    - Flood waters can enter a few structures, especially in usually
      vulnerable spots. A few places where rapid ponding of water
      occurs at underpasses, low-lying spots, and poor drainage
      areas. Several storm drains and retention ponds become
      near-full and begin to overflow. Some brief road and bridge
      closures.

Elsewhere across Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia, little to
no impact is anticipated.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS

* EVACUATIONS:
Listen to local official for recommended preparedness actions,
including possible evacuation. If ordered to evacuate, do so
immediately.

* OTHER PREPAREDNESS INFORMATION:
Now is the time to complete all preparations to protect life and
property in accordance with your emergency plan. Ensure you are in a
safe location before the onset of strong winds or possible flooding.

Closely monitor weather.gov, NOAA Weather radio or local news outlets
for official storm information. Be ready to adapt to possible changes
to the forecast. Ensure you have multiple ways to receive weather
warnings.
