None.

.AREAS AFFECTED...
This local statement provides information and recommended actions for
people on Agrihan, Pagan and Alamagan in the Commonwealth of the
Northern Marianas.

.WATCHES/WARNINGS...
A Typhoon Warning remains in effect for Agrihan, Pagan, and Alamagan.
Damaging winds, including winds of 39 mph or more, are imminent or
occurring, and typhoon conditions, including winds of 74 mph or more,
are expected early Friday morning.

.STORM INFORMATION...
At 700 PM ChST, Tropical Storm Fengshen was centered near Latitude
17.3N and Longitude 147.4E. This was about 105 miles east-southeast
of Alamagan. Fengshen was moving west at 17 mph with maximum
sustained winds of 65 mph.

.SITUATION OVERVIEW...
The latest forecast track shows Fengshen passing between Pagan and
Alamagan between midnight and 200 AM as a strong tropical storm. But
Fengshen will be intensifying and could already be a minimal typhoon
as it passes. Which island gets the strongest winds will be highly
dependent on the exact track that Fengshen takes as it passes
through. Even small variations in that track will result in large
changes in winds from island to island. Residents of all three
islands should be prepared for the strongest winds!

.NEXT UPDATE...
The next local statement will be issued by the National Weather
Service in Tiyan around 3 AM Friday morning, or sooner if conditions
warrant.

...TYPHOON WARNING IN EFFECT IN EFFECT...

.PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Preparations should be complete for the onset of damaging winds,
which are imminent or occurring, and destructive winds of typhoon or
near typhoon force, which could arrive by midnight. Stay in your
shelter until winds subside, which should take place shortly after
sunrise.

.WIND INFORMATION...
Damaging winds of 35 to 45 mph with gusts to 55 mph are imminent, and
typhoon force winds of 65 to 75 mph are likely between midnight and
2 AM near the center of Fengshen as it passes. Islands most likely to
see these winds are Pagan and Alamagan. Once Fengshen has moved west,
winds will quickly decrease to between 20 and 30 mph later Friday
morning.

.STORM SURGE AND SURF INFORMATION...
Dangerous surf of 14 to 18 feet is expected, mainly along windward
shores. Inundation of 2 to 3 feet is possible.

.OTHER STORM EFFECTS...
Between 3 and 5 inches of rain is expected tonight and Friday. Local
flooding is likely.
