**DORIAN CONTINUES TO MOVE AWAY FROM PUERTO RICO AND THE VIRGIN
 ISLANDS**

NEW INFORMATION

* CHANGES TO WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - All watches and warnings have been canceled

* CURRENT WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - None

* STORM INFORMATION:
    - About 60 miles north-northeast of San Juan PR or about 80 miles
      northwest of Saint Thomas VI
    - 19.2N 65.7W
    - Storm Intensity 80 mph
    - Movement Northwest or 325 degrees at 13 mph

SITUATION OVERVIEW
------------------

At 8 PM AST...satellite and radar data show Hurricane Dorian about 60
miles north of Puerto Rico. Dorian will continue to move northwest
over the offshore Atlantic waters and away from the local waters later
tonight and overnight. Meanwhile, seas remains hazardous over the
offshore Atlantic waters with hurricane force winds likely through at
least midnight tonight.

POTENTIAL IMPACTS
-----------------

* FLOODING RAIN:
Remain well guarded against dangerous flood waters having further
impacts of significant potential.

* WIND:
Little to no impacts are anticipated at this time across PUERTO RICO
AND THE US VIRGIN ISLANDS.

* SURGE:
No impacts are anticipated at this time across PUERTO RICO AND THE US
VIRGIN ISLANDS.

* TORNADOES:
No  impacts are anticipated at this time across PUERTO RICO AND THE US
VIRGIN ISLANDS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS
----------------------------------

When clearing out fallen trees, be careful with chain saws and axes.
Always wear protective gear and keep others at a safe distance. Use
these tools according to operating manuals and safety instruction.
Leaning trees and those which have fallen on roof tops can be
especially challenging. If you are not in good health or unsure about
what you are doing, have someone else with tree cutting experience do
the job. Never cut trees without a partner.

If using a generator, avoid carbon monoxide poisoning by following
instructions by the manufacturer. Make sure that the generator is run
in a well ventilated space.
