For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane
Irma, located near the Turks and Caicos Islands, on Hurricane Jose,
located several hundred miles east of the Leeward Islands, and on
Hurricane Katia, located over the southwestern Gulf of Mexico.

A tropical wave is expected to emerge off the coast of Africa over
the weekend.  Environmental conditions appear to be conducive for
gradual development of this system next week as it moves
west-northwestward over the eastern Atlantic Ocean.

* Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.
