**DISORGANIZED PHILIPPE MOVING QUICKLY ACROSS EXTREME SOUTH FLORIDA THIS MORNING**

* CHANGES TO WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - All watches and warnings have been canceled

* CURRENT WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - None

* STORM INFORMATION:
    - About 70 miles southwest of Miami FL or about 90 miles
      south-southeast of Naples FL
    - 25.0N 81.0W
    - Storm Intensity 45 mph
    - Movement East-northeast or 70 degrees at 17 mph

SITUATION OVERVIEW
------------------

A very disorganized Tropical Storm Philippe was located over the Florida
Bay early this morning. The system is forecast to move quickly northeast
into the Atlantic waters and away from South Florida later this morning.
Ongoing showers and storms over the local Atlantic are expected to quickly
move east, with all showers ending later this morning as a cold front
moves through South Florida.

POTENTIAL IMPACTS

* OTHER COASTAL HAZARDS:
There is a high risk of rip currents along the Gulf beaches and a
moderate risk of rip currents along the Atlantic beaches today.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS

* EVACUATIONS:
None.


* OTHER PREPAREDNESS INFORMATION:
Do not wade through flood waters. Dangerous wildlife, contaminants,
and active power lines are all potential threats.
