For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on newly formed
Tropical Storm Bret, located just to the southeast of Trinidad.

The National Hurricane Center is also issuing advisories on
Potential Tropical Cyclone Three, located a few hundred miles
south-southeast of Louisiana.
