For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Post-Tropical
Cyclone Hermine, located off of the New England coast of the United
States.

A tropical wave continues to produce disorganized showers and
thunderstorms over the eastern Caribbean Sea and adjacent land
areas. This system is expected to move westward at 15 to 20 mph
across the Caribbean Sea during the next few days with little
development expected.  Upper-level winds could become more conducive
for some development when the wave approaches the Yucatan peninsula
late this week.  Locally heavy rainfall and gusty winds could occur
over Puerto Rico and Hispaniola during the next day or two.

A low pressure area associated with a tropical wave is expected to
form several hundred miles west-southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands
late this week.  Environmental conditions appear conducive for
gradual development of this system after that time while it moves
west-northwestward into the central tropical Atlantic.
