SITUATION OVERVIEW
------------------

TROPICAL STORM FORCE WIND GUSTS ALONG THE SOUTH COAST WILL
GRADUALLY DIMINISH THROUGH DAYBREAK TUESDAY.

ALONG THE COAST...DANGEROUSLY ROUGH SURF AND LIFE THREATENING RIP
CURRENTS WILL OCCUR THROUGH MID WEEK AT ALL OCEAN EXPOSED RHODE ISLAND
AND MASSACHUSETTS BEACHES. CONDITIONS WILL BE MOST SEVERE ALONG THE
RHODE ISLAND SOUTH COAST...BLOCK ISLAND...NANTUCKET AND THE OUTER CAPE
OCEAN SIDE.

POTENTIAL IMPACTS -----------------

* WIND: ISOLATED DOWNED TREES AND SPORADIC POWER OUTAGES WILL
  REMAIN POSSIBLE ALONG THE SOUTH COAST OF MASSACHUSETTS AND RHODE
  ISLAND OVERNIGHT.
