LOCATED BY SATELLITE NEAR LATITUDE 12.5 DEGREES NORTH AND
LONGITUDE 137.3 DEGREES EAST.

THIS IS ABOUT 215 MILES NORTH-NORTHWEST OF YAP...ABOUT 240 MILES
NORTHWEST OF ULITHI AND ABOUT 290 MILES NORTHWEST OF FAIS.

TYPHOON HAIMA IS MOVING NORTHWEST AT 17 MPH.
