For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane
Otto, located over the southwestern Caribbean Sea just east of the
Nicaragua-Costa Rica border.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
