For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Ida, located about 1000 miles east-northeast of the northern
Leeward Islands.

An elongated area of low pressure centered a couple of hundred miles
south of Cape Hatteras, North Carolina, continues to produce
disorganized showers and a few thunderstorms.  This system is
forecast to move slowly west-southwestward and reach the coasts of
Georgia and South Carolina in a couple of days, but development is
not expected before that time due to unfavorable upper-level winds.
