For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

Showers and thunderstorms have diminished during the past few hours
over the northeastern Caribbean Sea in association with the remnants
of Tropical Storm Grace. Upper-level winds are not expected to be
favorable for redevelopment of this system during the next several
days. However, isolated heavy rain and gusty winds are still
possible across portions of the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico,
Hispaniola, Cuba, and the Bahamas during the next day or two while
the system moves west-northwestward at 15 to 20 mph.

A tropical wave located a few hundred miles south-southwest of the
Cape Verde Islands is producing disorganized shower activity while
it moves westward at about 15 mph. Environmental conditions are
forecast to be favorable for development, and a tropical depression
could form during the next several days while the system moves
west-northwestward to northwestward across the central tropical
Atlantic.

A small low pressure system located about 900 miles southwest of
the Azores is producing minimal shower and thunderstorm activity.
Development, if any, of this low is expected to be slow to occur
while it moves westward to west-northwestward at about 10 mph over
the next couple of days.
