For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

Disorganized showers and thunderstorms continue in association with
an area of low pressure located several hundred miles west-southwest
of the Cape Verde Islands. Strong upper-level winds are expected to
prevent significant development of this system while it moves
westward near 15 mph over the next few days.
