AS FUEL FOR VEHICLES AND GENERATORS. BRING LIGHT OUTSIDE OBJECTS
INDOORS. CLOSELY MONITOR NOAA WEATHER RADIO OR OTHER LOCAL NEWS
OUTLETS FOR OFFICIAL STORM INFORMATION...AND LISTEN FOR POSSIBLE
CHANGES TO THE FORECAST. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS FROM YOUR LOCAL

STORM FORCE AT 40 TO 50 MPH BY LATE MORNING AROUND 1000 AM...THEN

AFTER CLOSEST APPROACH AROUND 400 PM...WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO SHIFT
TO SOUTHEAST AND FALL BELOW TROPICAL STORM FORCE AT 25 TO 35 MPH
AROUND MIDNIGHT. WINDS COULD BE SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER IF DOLPHIN
TRACKS FARTHER NORTH THAN FORECAST.

...STORM SURGE AND STORM TIDE...
SEAS WILL BUILD TO 12 TO 15 FEET ON FRIDAY AS DOLPHIN PASSES. THIS
WILL PRODUCE DANGEROUS SURF OF 13 TO 16 FEET ALONG NORTH AND EAST
FACING SHORES THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON BEFORE THE CENTER PASSES...
AND ALONG EAST AND SOUTH FACING SHORES IN THE LATE AFTERNOON AND
EVENING AFTER DOLPHIN PASSES. COASTAL INUNDATION OF 1 TO 2 FEET IS
LIKELY...ESPECIALLY NEAR HIGH TIDE LATE FRIDAY AFTERNOON.

...OTHER STORM EFFECTS...
RAINFALL TOTALS OF 8 TO 12 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH SATURDAY.
