For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on newly formed
Tropical Storm Bill, located about 100 miles southeast of the
central Texas coast.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
