AT 10 PM CHST...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM CHAN-HOM (09W) WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 13.5N...LONGITUDE 146.4E...OR ABOUT 90 MILES
EAST-SOUTHEAST OF ROTA...ABOUT 130 MILES EAST OF GUAM AND 120
MILES SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF TINIAN AND SAIPAN. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED
WINDS REMAIN AT 50 MPH. CHAN-HOM IS NEARLY STATIONARY

.SITUATION OVERVIEW...
LATEST RADAR IMAGERY INDICATES THAT THE CENTER HAS SLOWED TO THE
EAST OF GUAM. HOWEVER...CHAN-HOM IS EXPECTED TO RESUME MOVING
NORTHWEST LATER TONIGHT. CHAN-HOM IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE IN THIS
DIRECTION ALTHOUGH SOME ERRATIC MOTION IS STILL POSSIBLE OVER THE
NEXT 12 TO 24 HOURS.
