NEAR LATITUDE 15.4 DEGREES NORTH AND LONGITUDE 145.3 DEGREES EAST.
THIS POSITION IS ABOUT 35 MILES NORTHWEST OF SAIPAN AND TINIAN...
90 MILES NORTH OF ROTA...235 MILES SOUTH OF AGRIHAN...190 MILES
SOUTH OF PAGAN...AND 165 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF ALAMAGAN. AT 100
AM...MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS WERE 105 MPH.
