OF CHARLESTON SC...OR ABOUT 170 MILES EAST-NORTHEAST OF SAVANNAH
GA. STORM MOTION WAS NNE OR 15 DEGREES AT 13 MPH. STORM INTENSITY
WAS 90 MPH.

HURRICANE ARTHUR CONTINUES TO MOVE NORTH-NORTHEAST AND AWAY FROM
THE SOUTHEAST SOUTH CAROLINA COAST. CONDITIONS ARE BEGINNING TO
