TROPICAL STORM ARTHUR IS FORECAST TO TURN TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AND
TO BECOME A HURRICANE BY MORNING. THE HURRICANE IS THEN EXPECTED
TO PASS JUST EAST OF THE COASTAL WATERS THURSDAY. AS A RESULT...
TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS PARTS OF THE
COASTAL WATERS OVERNIGHT AND THURSDAY. THE HURRICANE WILL THEN
ACCELERATE AWAY FROM THE REGION THURSDAY NIGHT.
