COVERS HISPANIOLA AT THE START OF THE 48 HOUR FORECAST PERIOD.
THE ANTICYCLONIC WIND FLOW BREAKS DOWN WITH TIME...GIVING WAY TO
NORTHWESTERLY-TO-WESTERLY WIND FLOW FOR THE REST OF THE 48 HOUR
FORECAST PERIOD. THE GFS MODEL FORECAST FOR 700 MB SHOWS THAT
NORTHEASTERLY WIND FLOW AND AN INVERTED TROUGH WILL SPAN
