For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Bertha, located near the northeastern coast of the Dominican
Republic.

Disorganized shower and thunderstorm activity located over the
Bahamas is associated with a weak surface trough moving northward at
around 10 mph. This disturbance is showing no signs of organization,
and development, if any, should be slow to occur due to only
marginally favorable upper-level winds.
