NEAR LATITUDE 12.3N AND LONGITUDE 144.2E. THIS IS ABOUT

 90 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF GUAM
140 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF ROTA
210 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF TINIAN
220 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF SAIPAN.

STORM MOTION IS WEST-SOUTHWEST OR 250 DEGREES AT 13 MPH. MAXIMUM

FOR TINIAN AND SAIPAN...EAST WIND 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH
ARE EXPECTED THROUGH TONIGHT...SHIFTING TO SOUTHEAST ON THURSDAY.

DAMAGING WINDS OF 40 MPH OR MORE ARE STILL POSSIBLE FOR ALL

THURSDAY NIGHT ALONG SOUTH AND WEST FACING COASTS. SURF WILL
REMAIN HAZARDOUS AT 9 TO 11 FEET ALONG SOUTH AND WEST FACING
REEFS TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY.

RAINFALL OF 2 TO 5 INCHES IS STILL POSSIBLE...MAINLY THURSDAY MORNING
THROUGH FRIDAY. RESIDENTS IN LOW-LYING AND POOR-DRAINAGE AREAS
