27N104W. UPPER LEVEL SOUTHWESTERLY WIND FLOW MOVES FROM THE
EASTERN PACIFIC OCEAN...OFF THE MEXICO COAST FROM 10N TO 20N
BETWEEN 100W AND 110W...ACROSS MEXICO AND OVER THE GULF OF
MEXICO...BEYOND FLORIDA INTO THE ATLANTIC OCEAN. A SURFACE
RIDGE EXTENDS FROM A 1030 MB HIGH PRESSURE CENTER THAT IS IN
SOUTH CENTRAL ALABAMA...TO THE MIDDLE TEXAS COAST...ALONG THE
COAST OF TEXAS AND MEXICO...FINALLY TO 20N97W AND THE ISTHMUS
OF TEHUANTEPEC OF MEXICO.

THE CARIBBEAN SEA...
AN UPPER LEVEL RIDGE PASSES THROUGH NORTHWESTERN VENEZUELA AND
NORTHERN COASTAL COLOMBIA BEYOND THE MONA PASSAGE. RAINSHOWERS
ARE POSSIBLE IN BROKEN LOW LEVEL CLOUDS THAT ARE MOVING WESTWARD
WITH THE SURFACE-TO-LOW LEVEL TRADEWIND FLOW.

THE ATLANTIC OCEAN...
AN UPPER LEVEL RIDGE PASSES THROUGH THE MONA PASSAGE...TO 27N61W
BEYOND 32N58W. A SURFACE RIDGE EXTENDS FROM A 1025 MB HIGH
PRESSURE CENTER THAT IS NEAR 30N51W TO 27N63W AND THE BAHAMAS
NEAR 24N76W. A COLD FRONT PASSES THROUGH 32N67W TO 31N69W.
A SEPARATE STATIONARY FRONT IS ALONG 31N69W...THROUGH THE
NORTHERN BAHAMAS NEAR 26N77W AND THE FLORIDA STRAITS...TO
COASTAL CUBA NEAR 23N83W. BROKEN MULTILAYERED CLOUDS AND
POSSIBLE PRECIPITATION ARE WITHIN 60 NM ON EITHER SIDE OF THE

AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH EXTENDS FROM A CYCLONIC CIRCULATION CENTER
