ISAAC IS NOW A HURRICANE WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS OF 75 MPH.

MARINERS...AS WELL AS OTHER MARINE INTERESTS...ALONG ALL COASTAL

SOUTHWEST OF TALLAHASSEE FL...OR ABOUT 220 MILES WEST-SOUTHWEST OF
PANAMA CITY FL. STORM MOTION WAS NORTHWEST AT 10 MPH. STORM
INTENSITY WAS 75 MPH.
