LATITUDE 27.1 NORTH...LONGITUDE 87.0 WEST. THIS WAS ABOUT 285 MILES
SOUTHEAST OF NEW ORLEANS LA...OR ABOUT 265 MILES SOUTH- SOUTHEAST
OF GULFPORT MS. ISAAC WAS MOVING NORTHWEST AT 10 MPH. MAXIMUM
WINDS WERE 70 MPH.

WHEN MAKING DECISIONS...DO NOT FOCUS ON THE EXACT FORECAST TRACK.
ISAAC IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE MOVING NORTHWEST TOWARD THE CENTRAL
