WESTWARD OR NORTHWESTWARD MOTION IS FORECAST TO BEGIN BY TONIGHT OR
WEDNESDAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 45 MPH...75 KM/H...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  LITTLE CHANGE IN STRENGTH IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT 48
HOURS.
