OF CUBA TO 18N82W AND 14N82W. ISOLATED MODERATE RAINSHOWERS ARE
FROM 12N TO CUBA BETWEEN 78W AND 82W.

ONE INDIVIDUAL CYCLONIC CIRCULATION CENTER IS IN NORTHERN
MEXICO NEAR 27N104W. ISOLATED MODERATE RAINSHOWERS COVER THE
AREA FROM 24N TO 28N BETWEEN THE FLORIDA WEST COAST AND 95W.

A TROPICAL WAVE IN THE WESTERN CARIBBEAN SEA STRETCHES FROM
WESTERN CUBA...JUST PAST THE CAYMAN ISLANDS TO JUST OFF THE
COAST OF NORTHEASTERN NICARAGUA. ISOLATED MODERATE RAINSHOWERS
ARE FROM 12N TO CUBA BETWEEN 78W AND 82W. AN UPPER LEVEL
ATLANTIC OCEAN TROUGH IS JUST TO THE NORTH OF STRONG RAINSHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS THAT COVER PARTS OF THE CARIBBEAN SEA AND
ATLANTIC OCEAN FROM 17N TO 22N BETWEEN 68W AND 72W...MOSTLY

OCEAN TO THE NORTH OF 25N BETWEEN 60W AND 76W. STRONG
RAINSHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THAT COVER PARTS OF THE
CARIBBEAN SEA AND ATLANTIC OCEAN FROM 17N TO 22N BETWEEN 68W
AND 72W...MOSTLY AROUND AND ACROSS HISPANIOLA AND PARTS OF
THE EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN BAHAMAS. A SECOND UPPER LEVEL CYCLONIC
CIRCULATION CENTER IS NEAR 25N47W. CYCLONIC WIND FLOW COVERS
THE ATLANTIC OCEAN WITHIN 400 NM ON EITHER SIDE OF THE LINE
THAT PASSES THROUGH 33N44W 25N47W...WITHIN 360 NM ON EITHER
