20N93W MOVING E. SCATTERED MODERATE CONVECTION IS E OF THE FRONT
OFF THE COAST OF FLORIDA FROM 28N-32N BETWEEN 83W-85W...AND FROM
23N-27N BETWEEN 83W-86W. 25 KT SE WINDS REMAIN OVER THE STRAITS
OF FLORIDA...WHILE 10-15 KT N WINDS ARE ALONG THE COAST TEXAS.
