FAY IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 13 MPH. A TURN TO THE
NORTHWEST WITH A DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED WITHIN THE
NEXT 24 HOURS...WITH A TURN TO THE NORTH-NORTHWEST EXPECTED BY LATE
