ABOUT 285 MILES...460 KM...EAST-SOUTHEAST OF GALVESTON TEXAS.

EDOUARD IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 8 MPH...13 KM/HR.  A TURN
TO THE WEST-NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED TODAY...WITH A WEST-

FRONT OF THE CAMERON COURTHOUSE. WATER LEVELS COULD BE HIGHER IF
EDOUARD STRENGTHENS OR MOVES FURTHER TO THE NORTH.

HIGH TIDE IN SABINE PASS ON MONDAY IS AT 5:50 PM CDT AND AT 6:45
AM CDT ON TUESDAY MORNING. STARTING THIS EVENING INTO TUESDAY
MORNING...SOME FLOODING WITH AROUND 6 INCHES OF WATER ACROSS
HIGHWAY 87 BETWEEN SABINE PASS AND PORT ARTHUR...ALONG WITH
SEVERAL STREETS IN SABINE PASS WILL BE POSSIBLE. THIS HAS BEEN
RECORED WITH SIMILAR WATER LEVELS IN THE PAST. WATER LEVELS COULD
BE HIGHER IF EDOUARD STRENGTHENS OR MOVES FURTHER TO THE NORTH.

HIGH TIDE AT VERMILION BAY ON MONDAY IS AT 6:36 PM CDT AND AT 7:31
