AN UPPER LEVEL RIDGE RUNS FROM THE UPPER LEVEL HIGH PRESSURE
CENTER OVER INTERIOR MEXICO...TO THE YUCATAN PENINSULA...TO
THE EASTERN END OF CUBA. THE ATLANTIC OCEAN-TO-HISPANIOLA
MIDDLE TO UPPER LEVEL TROUGH REACHES ONLY THE NORTH CENTRAL
