THE CENTER OF HURRICANE ISAAC AT 01/1800 UTC IS NEAR 35.1N 60.4W
MOVING NORTH 11 KT. THIS POSITION ALSO IS ABOUT 270 NM/500 KM
NORTHEAST OF BERMUDA...AND ABOUT 770 NM/1425 KM SOUTH-SOUTHWEST
OF CAPE RACE NEWFOUNDLAND.  A TURN TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST
WITH AN INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT
24 HOURS. THE ESTIMATED MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 985 MB.
THE MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS ARE 70 KT WITH GUSTS TO 85 KT.
ISAAC IS A CATEGORY ONE HURRICANE ON THE SAFFIR-SIMPSON SCALE.
SOME WEAKENING IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS. HURRICANE
