LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 30.7 NORTH... LONGITUDE 69.5 WEST OR ABOUT
300 MILES... 480 KM... WEST-SOUTHWEST OF BERMUDA.

FRANKLIN HAS BEEN MEANDERING OR NEARLY STATIONARY OVER THE PAST
SEVERAL HOURS...BUT A SLOW EAST-NORTHEASTWARD TO NORTHEASTWARD
MOTION IS EXPECTED TONIGHT AND TUESDAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR  40 MPH... 65 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  LITTLE CHANGE IN STRENGTH IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT 24
