FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON DANGEROUS
CATEGORY FOUR HURRICANE EMILY... LOCATED ABOUT 150 MILES
SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF GRAND CAYMAN.

THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY ASSOCIATED WITH THE TROPICAL WAVE LOCATED
ABOUT 550 MILES EAST-NORTHEAST OF THE NORTHERN LEEWARD ISLANDS
REMAINS POORLY ORGANIZED.  UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN
UNFAVORABLE FOR TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION DURING THE NEXT DAY OR
TWO AS THIS SYSTEM MOVES TOWARD THE NORTHWEST AROUND 15 MPH.

ELSEWHERE... TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
MONDAY.
