TROPICAL DEPRESSION DENNIS IS NOW MOVING NORTH-NORTHWESTWARD AT 15
MPH.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS OF 30 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS.  THE MINIMUM
CENTRAL PRESSURE WAS 997 MB...OR 29.44 INCHES.
