JERSEY...EASTERN NEW YORK...CONNECTICUT...MASSACHUSETTS...VERMONT
AND NEW HAMPSHIRE.

THE AREA OF LOW PRESSURE IS NOW MOVING EAST-NORTHEASTWARD NEAR 19
MPH.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS OF 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO NEAR 40
MPH...MAINLY OFFSHORE THE MID ATLANTIC COAST.  THE MINIMUM CENTRAL
