PRESSURE IS 1007 MB. THE MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WIND SPEED WAS 30 KT
WITH GUSTS TO 40 KT. SEE THE LATEST NHC FORECAST/ ADVISORY UNDER

ITCZ.  SCATTERED MODERATE TO ISOLATED STRONG CONVECTION IS FROM
8N-11N BETWEEN 30W-33W.

CENTRAL ATLANTIC TROPICAL WAVE IS ALONG 45W SOUTH OF 15N MOVING
WEST 10 TO 15 KT. NO DEEP SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ACCOMPANY

ARE OVER S FLORIDA FROM 25N-28N BETWEEN 80W-82W.  SCATTERED
MODERATE CONVECTION IS OVER W CUBA FROM 22N-24N BETWEEN
81W-84W... AND IS OVER THE YUCATAN PENINSULA FROM 20N-22N
BETWEEN 86W-88W.  IN THE UPPER LEVELS...A CYCLONIC CIRCULATION

VENEZUELA FROM 8N-11N BETWEEN 70W-72W.  PATCHES OF SCATTERED
MODERATE CONVECTION ARE OVER PANAMA...COSTA RICA...AND NICARAGUA
FROM 7N-14N BETWEEN 80W-86W. IN THE UPPER LEVELS...ANTICYCLONIC
CIRCULATION WITH ABUNDANT MOISTURE IS OVER THE W CARIBBEAN NEAR
11N82W.  ANTICYCLONIC FLOW IS W OF 73W.  CYCLONIC NORTHERLY FLOW
IS E OF 73W DUE TO THE CYCLONIC CIRCULATION AT 20N60W.  EXPECT
ANOTHER TROPICAL WAVE TO ENTER THE E CARIBBEAN WITHIN THE NEXT
